FOUNDER

Hi, my name is Tracey, and I am the proud founder of Tails of Hartwell. I was based within Hartwell Hounds for five years, building up my client base and experience. We quickly outgrew the premises, so we relocated and rebranded into Tails of Hartwell in 2020. I knew from a young age that I wanted a career with animals, and I feel so fortunate to come to the salon each day and do what I love. I have 8 years' experience in the grooming industry and have completed a level 3 diploma in dog grooming.

RECEPTIONIST

Hi, I'm Jodie and I'm the Receptionist here at Tails of Hartwell. It will usually be me welcoming you in with your pet, answering your calls and texts and booking in your pet's appointments. I absolutely love working here, meeting all our lovely clients and their furry family members. I have always had a real love and passion for animals and after secondary school, I entered further education to study Animal Welfare at Moulton college and graduated with a Level 3 Diploma and National Merit. Not only did I acquire the knowledge and understanding about so many different animals but as I started my own family, I subsequently acquired my own fur babies, so I understand the bond and love that you feel for yours. Rest assured your pet will always get lots of love and attention when here with us at Tails of Hartwell. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you further.

Hi I’m Phoebe, the newest member here at Tails of Hartwell. I am currently completing my level 2 apprenticeship in dog grooming. I’ve always had a passion for animals especially dogs, growing up with them I learnt to love the bond you can make with these fury friends, they really are the most loving and loyal animals. I am so excited to start my new adventure here and looking forward to meeting you all and your fur babies.
